JumpFit is the latest craze in staying fit!

A low impact exercise that burns a huge amount of calories, Jump Fit takes place 6:15pm on Monday & Thursday. We hold a range of trampoline based classes and cater for all levels of ability.

Our in-house qualified Fitness Instructor Chelsea leads our JUMP Fit classes. Chelsea has a keen interest in Sport & Fitness qualifying as a Fitness Instructor in 2013. She also holds Level 2 Circuit Training qualifications and outside of Jump Boxx she plays left midfield for Banbridge Town Ladies Football Club. Chelsea’s objective is to put you through your paces whilst taking part in a fun, alternative way to keep fit.
